A graduate of UC Davis, Ramon first earned his real estate license in 2004. Having spent several years as a mortgage loan originator, he provides a wealth of experience and a well-rounded perspective to the real estate investment experience.

Aside from being a member of the California Association of Realtors (CAR®) and National Association of Realtors (REALTOR®), Ramon has earned National and State Certifications as a Seniors Real Estate Specialist (SRES®), Short Sales and Foreclosure Resource (SFR®), and First Time Buyer Specialist (FTBS®).
