Ramon was always available to tour homes for sale whose addresses I would email to him. He would go out of his way to obtain seller disclosures and inspection reports so that I would have some idea regarding the condition of the house by the time I toured it. He was always friendly and ready to help. When I finally settled on a house to buy, he emailed me a timeline on the escrow closing process and what steps I needed to take as I prepared to move into the house, such as purchasing house insurance and setting up PGE and water utility services. Ramon would be an asset to any realty because he is a great real estate agent.
